We understand that choosing a venue is one of the most important decisions in the process of planning your event, so we’ve put together a list of our most frequently asked questions.

  • How much are the venue rental fees?
    2024 WEDDINGS Friday 8 am - 10 pm PLUS a 2-Hour Rehearsal (Bridal and Groom's Suites Also Available at 8 am) $4,500 Saturday 8 am - 10 pm PLUS a 2-Hour Rehearsal (Bridal and Groom's Suites Also Available at 8 am) $6,000 • Venue Pricing is ALL INCLUSIVE of the amenities in the venue, there are NO hidden fees, taxes, gratuity, added to venue rental costs • All rental days include 14 hours of access time from 8am-10pm • Daily rental cost does not include catering food or beverage packages • Rates do not apply to holidays.   • Can I bring my own vendors?
    Yes! You deserve the freedom to bring your favorite vendors to work your wedding or event and we love meeting new vendors that we get to recommend to others! The only vendors we don't allow are alcohol beverages. For the reception toast hour, you may purchase a drink package through our preferred caterer. The vendors we recommend are top notch. If you haven't already, take a look at our preferred vendors list!
  • What's included in the venue rental?

  • Do you allow alcoholic beverages?
    Alcohol is permitted at our venue for the reception toasts. Fortunately, all you need is a great DJ and a few friends to get your guests out on the dance floor!! If you haven't booked your professional wedding DJ yet, check out our preferred vendors!
  • How much does a wedding typically cost at your property?
    Once you pay the venue fee, you can use a variety of vendors for your other needs and spend money where you like and on what is important to you! With that said, couples usually spend between $9,000 and $25,000 depending on guest count for catering, who they choose other vendors like wedding planner, DJ, florals, cake, photography and videography.
  • Do you require a coordinator or planner?
    Yes! Our venue team is there to support you on the property for all things venue related! Included with your venue rental is a day-of wedding coordinator. We have seen our couples best served by a more thorough wedding planning or coordinating package to help make the entire process of your planning go smoothly. If you don’t have a planner in mind, we have wonderful referrals we are happy to provide! We do require this to be a person who will not also be a guest at the wedding and will be dedicated to supporting you and your wedding party throughout the entire duration of the event.
